The site between U Papírny and Železničářů streets is full of activity. The construction of the MUSE7 residential project in Prague’s Holešovice district consists of two parts.
A new building will offer apartments with layouts ranging from studios (1+kk) to three-room units (3+kk), including unique penthouse apartments with terraces. The second part involves the original paper mill, where spaces with vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork are being carefully renovated. This section will also feature six distinctive lofts with ceiling heights of up to 5.6 metres. The development will also include a green and quiet inner courtyard.
