MUSE7 has been awarded BREEAM Very Good certification, backed by an energy label A rating — primary energy consumption is nearly 40% below standard benchmarks. The building combines heat-recovery ventilation, solar-shading window blinds, EV charging in the underground garage, and a 70 m³ rainwater retention tank that fully covers irrigation for the shared courtyard.

Renovation of the original building and construction of the new part of the MUSE7 residence are progressing in parallel. On the new building, we're on schedule and currently completing the monolithic structures of the upper floors. At the same time, we're working intensively on the 6 lofts in the original building, where preparation of the fitness and spa rooms is also underway.
